Does Your Axim Turn On By Itself?

I have had this problem ever since I received my Axim last week. It just turns it self on (every 5 min. or so) and goes to the "Today Screen". Is there a way to fix this?

Open Active Sync on the PPC. Click Tools and then choose the Schedule tab. Are the first two boxes unchecked?
