D-Pad probs, 300 or 400?

I have been reading about the D-Pad problems people have been experiencing and was wondering if it appears to be specific to the 300 or the 400 or if it is randow between them both? Anybody with the problem want to shed some light on this?

Had this problem on my 400. Dell replaced the device and the replacement was much better.

Have a slight problem with it on my 400mhz, mostly I consider it a minor annoyance. I figured I would just wait until around the end of Jan just to make sure there are no other problems with the first few batches before I exchange it.
