I bought a D-link DWL 520+ adapter for my desktop to communicate with my Toshiba e740. It will communicate but it blocks out my USB ports and kills the sound in the desktop. At other times it crashes the WinXP, and I have had to remove it from the PC. I have already had D-link send me a replacement and it worked a bit better. There were more things wrong with the first device.
I note that the driver for the 520+ is not yet certified my Microsoft. I have the latest driver from D-link website installed. Should I hope for more improvements from D-link (I have called support at least 4 times) or just put it up for sale on E-bay?
