Greetings!

Well, the new OS from Palm ( :cry: unimpressive) and the new PDA from Dell ( :D very impressive) have convinced me to join the PPC side of the fence. I have used my Palms for many things (and many years) and I figured some people here may have made the switch as well. I am asking for reccomendations on "software equivalents." Any insight would be wonderful.

Action Names/Agendus-->Agenda Fusion/Pockect Informant/or ???
MS Project program-->???
Secure Notepad-->eWallet or something like that?
Photo viewer-->???
Teal Auto/Kar Kare/Trip-->What's the best auto mileage and maintenance program?
Teal Doc-->Doc Reader (I know one is supplied, is it the best?)
Teal Paint-->Drawing program
Travel Tracker-->Program for someone who travels too much; flights, cars, hotel, etc.
Conversion Program-->???
RPN Calculator-->???
Back-up Program to SD or CF-->???
Security Program-->???
Great Games of caourse-->???

Any assistance would be appreciated. I am sure I will be here often asking for help and sharing my successes/failures.

Thanks,
Brent

Also for freebies is PPCSG.com (http://www.ppcsg.com/links.php).

For games, I love Snails (http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=1&jid=7B1EX717A838799B3F87X7BXF96F8X5F&productId=24938&optionId=1_2_2&productType=2&catalog=30&txtSearch=snails&sectionId=0&platformId=2) and PocketNES (http://pocketnes.retrogames.com/).

For image viewers, I either use PQView (http://www.bitbanksoftware.com/PQView.html) or Peter's Viewer. (http://download.com.com/3000-2176-6373024.html?tag=lst-0-1)

All that I have listed is either free or a very functional demo. Of course, if you actually pay for software, :D you can head to Handango (http://www.handango.com).

Also, keep your eyes open around this site as there are a lot of promotional offers just for Thoughts users, and even free software sometimes (if you're lucky).
