You need to register first, but that's free and takes about two minutes. (Compared to the two weeks it takes to register in Microsoft's ditto...)<br /><br />"Navigate down through "Download developer tools", "IPAQ Pocket PC SDK" and then expand this to see the 5450 APIs."
