Changing system font or the back ground in programs

Hello. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to change the system font or the color in the background in the programs section. I would like to use a diffrent font because frankly I dont like the default font. I would like to change the program background to match my theme. Please help me out if anyone can. Thanks. Jeff

The system font can be changed by Poecket Tweak, a cool free app which you can get here... http://tillanosoft.com/ce/ptweak.html
