Anyone buy from Amazon?

I placed an order for the Pocket PC Phone from Amazon due to the $200 rebate, but it has yet to ship. Amazon keeps updating their ship dates. Does anyone know how Amazon gets their phones, if there is a new version coming or if Amazon is just really bad at knowning what is in stock. It did say "usually ships in 24 hours."

Maybe the rebate isn't worth it<g>

When I bought in september it said it would take 4-6 weeks! Luckily it came in 2 weeks. No problems w/Amazon order.

Thanks... At least they said 4-6 weeks. Even though they are back ordered, Amazon is still showing 24 hours.

i bought mine 2 weeks ago and it said it would ship in 1-2 days. it did and got here on time. dont be too concerned. the other thing is to make sure it cleared -- i initially entered my debit info (forgetting it has a 500 limit) so had to use a different card. keep checking your email for messages from them.
