hello everyone,
I just recently made the switch from a sony clie 320 to a toshiba 335. all i can say is PPC is damn NICE. my gf bought the clie for me + insurance from best buy last year. I first thought that she got tricked by the shady people at best buy because i grew up to believe that extended warranties are a waste of money. i sure am glad the clie was covered because i accidentally dropped it in water. well since the palm models were all sold out, and out of all the ppc's, the toshiba had a 125$ rebate, therefore with 125$ credit + 100$ credit from my clie, I purchased the e335 for 175$ and it still has 2yr warranty.

now can anyone recommend me some cool software?

does pocket informant use the information that is stored on your outlook, or must you input all the numbers/contacts, etc manually into pocketinformant.?

A few cool suggestions:

Pocket Informant uses Outlook information. But it has some other features that I like. There are a couple more calendar views optimized for the PPC screen. There's an agenda view and a 7 day view and I like both of them. You also have the ability to assign small icons for your categories, which makes it a bit easier to see what's on you're plate for the day task/calendar-wise by a quick peek at your items.

There's a lot of other functionality - check the website:

http://www.pocketinformant.com/

They're good about offering upgrades, as well.
