I just got off the phone with a dell customer service rep. I advised the customer service rep I had heard the website was not current and was curious if there was any more information on my order. So guess what he did... 8O The man got online to the dell order status page.. The same one we all use. And then he repeated the information I have read 10 times a day for two weeks. I could have told myself that. So if anyone wants a depressing experience, call me. I will get online, check your same information and repeat it back to you. Then I will promise you it will be to you on time.
My expected ship date is not until the 18th of this month. But I expected a little more information. I asked if anything was on back order. He said no, he told me it was possible they were waiting for another shipment of the item I ordered before they ship.
Dont worry there will be a big fat thread from me when my Axim is in my hands and I am impatiently pacing the floor of my home while waiting out the 4-hour charge.

But might not have to wait on hold for 45 minutes first. :lol:

Of course you could put down the phone by a radio then you would have it.
