See above site, HP is now taking orders for the 5450s on their own site. This was not the case as of yesterday, so shipping must be happening within the next two days. As you will see, even ZDNets price shopper says they are in stock. See below.

I notice that the picture on that first link is not the 5450, but a 38xx or 39xx Pocket PC. You'd think HP could get the correct picture up. :-)
Even stranger is that second link, which says HP is selling the 5450 for $281!

P.S. My usual rant. Please don't post long URLs "naked"; they mess up the board's text wrapping and force horizontal scrolling for most of the posts on that page. Use the following instead:
iPAQ 5450 purchase page
That ends up looking like this:
iPAQ 5450 purchase page (http://www.smb.compaq.com/dstore/MiddleFrame.asp?page=config&ProductLineId=438&FamilyId=816&BaseID=7439&c=CNET_Shopping&r=CNET_Shopping&n=D_E_S_nbdtbase_X_CNET_X_L&t=ad)
See how much better that is? :-)

Oh darn it, it seems like they fixed it. I'd have loved to get a 5450 for $281. :silly:

The ZDNet link still doesn't seem to be fixed. Of course, I had already tried that link, and the HP site said $699 even though the price comparison link said $281. I knew it was too good to be true, but I wonder where the $281 came from.
