Duplicated items in calender

Active Sync duplicated several of my calender items, because of some partnership-issues. Is there a function in Outlook, Exchange Server or other utilities that can fix this, that is remove one of the items that are completely similar, or do I have to start erasing about 500 appointments?

Grateful for any solution.
