View Full Version : Storage memory getting eaten up

So, it seems that AvantGo (perhaps?) does not dump it's old content when I sync, because slowly I see my storage memory getting blasted away. If I do a soft reset, I get some back, but it seems like more junk just piles up in other places. I'm pretty stumped. I install just about everything to my SD card.

This a quirk?

AvantGo should be clearing out old content. Open up the AvantGo settings in desktop ActiveSync, go to Properties and select "refresh at next synch" and see if that helps.

D'OH! I knew that one!

thanks.

I am assuming that is what has been doing it, but is there something else I might be missing here?

Forgive me, I'm a recent convert. I've only been using a Pocket PC for about a month now.

One other possibility to consider is Pocket IE's cache, which is stored in \Temp. You can install the Powertoy for IE to control Pocket IE's behavior from www.pocketpc.com.

Location: Milwaukee, eh?
Wait! I know you! You're... you're... tech! What happened to your Sony, man?

Alas, I have been undone....

I play in both worlds now. Getting to like this Pocket PC thing. ;)
