I bought their weather Today plug-in almost a year ago, but when I moved to Dallas, TX I noticed that the NWS source didn't list Dallas as a city. I contacted HappyJackRoad and within a week they wrote a whole new script that was able to extract the weather for Dallas.
That's great service and I just thought I'd let everyone know.
