:x-mas: Let's reward Jason and friends for a great site and great year. :x-mas: Its been a year since I've started reading PPC Thoughts and with the holidays comming I thought it would be nice to say thanks.
To help reward them for all of their efforts please consider buying them something off of their Amazon's Wish List.

I know that there are a bunch of you who have more then a couple of nickles and could part with a little of it as a generous contribution to our favorite site.
I'm impressed with the Right-wing leaning books on Jason's list, so I'm going to get him one of those.

I hope that he's asking for a *2nd* copy of Candian Bacon, and it's not that he doesn't already own it! ;)

Erm, no thanks. :? The best way for Jason and crew to get some cash is jumping onto affilate links like the Dell. It helps them and costs nothing. There's been hints toward more substantial ways of helping anyway.

Wow, I just found this thread by accident while looking for the wishlist's of my team so I can order them something - thanks guy, very kind of you!
PhatCohiba - I received your book the other day and sent you an email (I imagine you got it by now). Thank you! It really keeps me going to know that people truly appreciate what I do.
Kati42 - Nope, I don't yet own that DVD.
Rirath - Just to let you know, Dell's affiliate program offers 1% of the price. That means that if you order the $249 Axim X5, I get $2.49. I appreciate every penny from people supporting my affiliate efforts, I truly do, but to be honest I think the definition of generosity is to give of yourself. If clicking a link costs you nothing, are you really giving? Something to ponder in this holiday season. :D
Anyway, I always appreciate emails of encouragement as well - that's what really makes my day!

$2.45 per buy isn't all that bad considering the link itself doesn't take much to build. Multiply that by each buyer, and add in the other affiliate links around the site. It's not much I'd be willing to guess, but it is indeed something.
And yes, if it costs nothing it is still giving. Why? Several reasons... time is money, it's the thought, and it still results in a very real $2.45 each. Simple things like store loyality can make a big difference on the bottom line. Affiliate loyality is somewhat of the same concept. I never claimed affiliate links were generous, but I'll take that challenge. Another definition of generosity is "Nobility of thought or behavior", and I believe buying products through PPC Thoughts simply for affiliate loyality is both a noble thought and behavior.
