Final beta version of NanoPad Input method

I have finished what I expect to be the final beta version of the NanoPad Input Method.

I want to thank everyone for their help and comments.
It now installs properly,
no longer hangs,
drags very smoothly in its undocked state,
includes support for accented (spanish) characters,
and supports an alternate method for drawing the letter t - like the number 7 used in graffiti.
