View Full Version : Unresolved items in the Inbox

I keep getting 1 unresolved item in my activesync inbox on my ppc. I've tried to resolve it but can not get it to go away. I've turned off the inbox syncing, I've changed all the settings to get it to go away. I've checked the emails for the inbox and read mail and the both are identical in both the pc and ppc.

how do I get rid of the unresolved item error? is there a log somewhere that will tell me why it wouldn't sync? What about deleting the partnership and recreating it?

**UPDATE**
Try all the above steps, no luck. I even hard reset the ppc and restored from backup, no luck. Finally I restored XP from a system checkpoint from late yesterday and everything is fine now.

I came across a similar error, and I have to say that the only way to get rid of the annoying error is to hard reset the handheld and uninstall/reinstall activesync. THEN, make absolute certain that you NEVER do anything to your email on it except read it. If you do, it may create an error like you describe. :twisted:
