:? Just got an ipaq 3830. Have been able to play some of my wmp downloads on my windows me laptop (with WMP8), but when i put them on my 128KB SD card, all I get is the sound. Yes - I have already changed the settings to allow playing unsupported files.... what next?

Do you know what codec was used to save the video? At the very worst you should be getting a jerky slideshow...it sounds like it might be in an incompatible codec format.

If you got it from a P2P program, there is a good chance it is in DivX which is not supported by the PPC media player. Thats for vids, if it is audio then, all I can say is that Jason is right...

Try using another program: if vid: www.pocketmovies.com
if audio: dont have a clue, but you can probably convert the file using Windows Media Player
