Just bought one of these off of Ebay. Just $29.99, plus $14 shipping. This is $100 plus tax at the local BestBuy, and I haven't found it on sale anywhere. Would seem to be legit, as the seller is an Ebay "Power Seller" with lots of feedback, over 800 items sold.
Only downside is I need a $15 PowerTip for my Maestro, and another $15 tip for my Motorola cell phone. But the old man bought one of these for international travel, he says it's one of the best "travel" items he's ever bought.
