Well, Dooblo (the company that brought us FolderSize, DoobloDates and Borrower) has some inexpensive software that might be able to help you out.

With Pocket PC Usage, you can answer such questions as:

• Which day is your most "PocketPC" Day?
• On average, how many hours do you spend daily with your PocketPC?
• How much "Internet Tone" do you have with your PocketPC?
• How many hours have you used your PocketPC in the last Week?

I don't know how often you ask yourself these questions, but the price is right for this little utility: $5.99. Personally, I'd need to make sure that my wife doesn't see the Usage data on my device, because sometimes she really feels like I already spend too much time with my beloved Pocket PC!

I used a free plugin that told how many hours and minutes my ppc was on and before last week's hard reset, it said 282 hours and 30 minutes since May 25th. I don't think I use it as much as some other people.

This plugin seems cool...

I wonder if they will make this available as a My Dash plugin for Snoopsoft Dashboard? I'd like to track this info I just don't use the default today screen. I hear that plugin support might be available in the next iteration of Snoopsoft Dashboard...

I would, but I've been afraid of dropping it when I toss in bed.

BTW, I'd be afraid of using this tool... it would show me how badly I overuse my iPaq, with ebooks dominating ;)

just think if it could determine how much time you spent on each app/game on your ppc. that would be a neat feature. :)

Being a statistics nut, I'd love to use this, but look how much space that takes up! I actually use my Today screen, and this little plug-in sucks up too much screen real estate for my tastes. If this could be used as a separate app, that'd be great!

On a side note, I love that Today screen theme. Anyone recognize it from anywhere?

Hi Dave,

PocketPC Usage can be customized to a compact/typical/full/custom size.
The screenshot shows the full mode, but you can play with it to fit your needs!

You can visit www.dooblo.com/ppcusage/about.asp to see how to customize the view.

Master O'Mayhem asked if it's counting the hours sleeping. I wanna know too. Does it count for the hours spent on the john (No more magazines) just reading or doing puzzles?

I ask God daily not to put material things before Him but I don't know what I'd do without my PPC and now with the Cell phone included. It's almost like dying and going to Heaven. (I do start my day off reading the Bible and a few scriptural readings) so maybe I'm pardoned.

It's nice, but I don't need a program to remind me that I need to put it down and get a "life."

You guys should get something like this for on the Thoughts homepage. "How much time have you spent at Thoughts..."

I was surprised the trial (listed on Handago as compatible with older Jornadas and Casios) had only an ARM cab file. A major oversight...
