I am currently researching rugged PoketPCs that are to be developed for use with the British Police Force conducting road side testing. I have very limited experiece in Pocket Pcs and would appriciate any advice on particualrly good mobles or brands that would be sutiable.
Currently I have looked at;

-NetPad Handheld 3700
-Panasonic Toughbook
-PTT 2800 Series Portable Pen Terminal
-6650 Pen Tablet
-Fex21 129MHz
-Dolphin 7400 mobile comp
-Cassiopeia Eg-800
-700 Series Mobile Comp
-TouchPC/Scout

Thanks for your time
Sam

These tend to fairly expensive. Another option you might consider is the cases by Otter that have a membrane you can use the PDA through. Good all weather protection, and you get more flexibility on the brand of PP to get as well as a more mainstream product at a lower cost.
