ok, here's the situation: i have an ipaq 3635 upgraded to ppc2k2, things had been going fine with my ipaq until lately when i updated the rom to 2.20. I had to reinstall all my apps, so i did so via activesync's add/remove programs menu. when i tried running nyditot (tried two different versions: 1.28, 3.0) it said i had to reset my device in order for changes to take effect. i press ok, and it resets.... after it boots up... somehow... IT PERFORMED A HARD RESET! I know this because it started the device setup process. I tried again a few times, did same thing, so I downgraded back to 2.14 and euu2. Tried again, same thing. I think i may have narrowed it down to the nyditot application. I have used nyditot before and it worked (before the 2.20 upgrade attempt). Any ideas? The reason I want nyditot is so I can play games (e.g. hexacto games) that have the screen turned horizontally, which is bad because i use a stowaway to play games, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
