I have several program icons that remain on my Programs screen that are "dead". These remain after I have deleted the program. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Eric

Eric, use a file management program (e.g. File Explorer, Dexplor, All-explore...many others) and look in the Windows\Start Menu\Programs directory. You'll find a set of .lnk files, which are links to the .exe files on your PPC. Each .lnk file represents an icon on your "Programs" screen. When you remove an application, the link should also be removed. If it still exists, you can manually delete the .lnk file from the directory and the icon will no longer exist.
