ATTWS just introduced better GPRS data plans

Mega: 1MB, $7.99/month, 0.01/kB over
Max: 2MB, $12.49/month, 0.008/kB over
Ultra: 8MB, $19.99/month, 0.006/kB over

Previously, Ultra was 4MB at $18.99. 0.01/kB over

So for $1.00 more now, you get doubled the data quota, from 4 to 8MB. Naturally, I called CS and upgraded immediately

I just signed up last night, and the Max was $12.99 for 4MB, 0.008/kB over.

if you go to http://www.attws.com/mmode/plans/max.jhtml, the graphics will show $12.49, 2 MB for Max. However the text belows show $12.99 for 4MB. So the webpage is half updated !

email: 20 headers D/L about 30-50kB
PIE: graphics lite web (100kB) Try http://www.mymobilestuff.com Great text oriented PPC PIE Portal
PIE: non PPC optimized site, 200kB+ per page (you can turn graphics off in PIE)
Pocket Media Player: Streaming Video from MSNBC @ 35kB/sec, 1MB in about 30 to 60 seconds !!!

Your mileage will vary.
