Does anyone know of a good (and cheap or freeware) VoIP solution for the iPAQ, similar to Net2Phone on a PC?

I'd like to be able to make phone calls via my iPAQ and an 802.11b connection.

I've never tried it, but you can take a look at this app from Ruksun:
