http://www.firstloox.org/

It will be under the name Fujitsu, not Fujitsu-Siemens as it is overseas. Expected retail is around $500 and should be available November 18. CNet also has a small blurb. Thanks to Duncan for the link.

Which cellular company will support this, can VoiceStream support this? It's a PocketPC and a phone correct? When will it be available? Will the accessories to make it a phone be available at that time as well?

Thank you,
Monty Gibson

You need a sleeve/backpack to turn it into a phone and I am 99.9% certain it is GSM only, so T-Mobile/Voicestream should be able to handle it as should some areas of Cingular and AT&T.

Pardon the stupid question that follows; but, does it have SIM card capabilities? I am sure that it has to in order to be a phone and to be compatible over here in the U.S. markets, correct?

Thanks,
Monty

Yes, SIM slot is in the GSM/GPRS sleave, but not in the base unit.

Does anyone know when this "sleeve" will be available in the U.S.?

Thanks,
Monty

I thought I read before the end of December...of this year, of course.
