http://bivrin.com/PocketPC/

As a consultant I have been tracking every hour by project and activity the last five years. Not until now have I found a really useful Pocket PC application that makes time reporting efficient and structured. I recommend checking the FREE application out if you are working in the software development field, or any other field for that matter, that requires you to track hours spent. (Source: Chris Forsberg)

Features include:
• Two comprehensive views for easy registration as well as reporting
• Export times to Outlook Calendar and/or Tasks
• Export times to a comma-separated file
• Easy navigation between weeks
• Two different screen "reports" Project summary and Period summary
• Time, date and numeric presentations are all shown in localized format

Wow.. I've been playing with this for a bit, and it works really smooth. And it's free as well. Kudos to the developers!

(now if only they could make the width of the customer/project column adjustable, it would be perfect.. :) )

I agree, it's awesome! And the only thing missing now is for my company's time reporting app to be able to import the CSV-file.

Qualified, for free it's awesome.

I wouldn't pay for it though, crashed twice and lost data both times... Wierd record access errors. Would need a lot of work for a commercial program, but they put a nice layout on the UI.

This software is a great piece of software for individuals who need to keep track of projects. The first time I installed the software it wouldn't install using the setup wizard. I copy the cab to my CF storage card and it works fine now. I don't know if this programs needs to be on the main system memory but that seems to work for me. I am using it and it seems to work fine ... and one other thing it is FREE. The developers are great for during this for free ... :D :D :D

Unfortunately, it does need to be in main memory.

Hi all,

Thank you all for your comments on PocketTime, I hope you enjoy using it.

It's a bit embarrassing to me that the program won't run from a storage card, but I've uploaded a patch that takes care of this issue. Please go to http://bivrin.com/PocketPC or directly to http://bivrin.com/PocketPC/loader.htm

Just download the file according to your processor type and replace the file with same name on your PDA.

Please feel free to leave comments here or send them privately to me at [email protected]
