I use the Krusell T68 case. It has a multitap system. http://members.ebay.com/aboutme/pcs-ltd/ I didn't buy mine from this site though. I got mine from UK before it was available in North America. The hole for the volume side switch is a bit small but nothing a little trimming couldn't fix :)
