<a href="http://www.gameloft.com/pub/ray.html">http://www.gameloft.com/pub/ray.html</a><br /><br />This game is truly amazing. I posted a couple of days ago about Rayman Ultimate (<a href="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3514">"The ultimate Rayman Ultimate brought to Pocket PC"</a>) and since then I've been testing a pre-release of the full version. Perhaps, I should say that my two kids have helped quite a bit being Game Boy Advance experts. Their verdict is "excellent", "graphics much better" (iPAQ 3970...), "smooth". To be released the 26th of September. Recommended! No. Make that highly recommended!<br /><br /><img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/ray_01.jpg" />

mmm... Im an avid gameplayer and well, rayman never impressed me. Even sonic 1 beats this game in playability and originality, and you can play that on ppc with one of the playable genesis emulators.

2 planes of scrolling and no particle effects or even alpha transparencie lead to a a dull old looking game, even if it makes for some nice still shots.

I agree that there would've been much better platformers available out there, althoght I don't share the same interest towards the Sonic games.

The graphics and overall gameplay of rayman haven't ever really been my cup of tea, some like them thought. If the resolution is 320x240, I really prefer sharper hand-pixeled graphics over just photoshop paintbrushed ones to games (there are many fine examples of this on amiga titles)

Anyway I wish them luck and hope that they'll do well with this title

I loved the original pocketPC Rayman which I played on an iPAQ 3630, so was looking forward to this. But ... doesn't seem to work on an XDA. The exit and pause buttons are the hardwired phone keys and the game locked on the stage intro screen. Boo-hoo
