Navman update for voice

Does anyone know if theres a software update for Navman GPS3000 to enable voice ???? :?:

I believe that the new Smart ST Pro software, that is available as an upgrade, uses the Navman 3000 sleeve and does have voice capability. In the US the overall package is Navman 3420 and in Europe it's Navman 3400
