I just downloaded the Sep. 10th episode of the .NET show from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?ReleaseID=42528.
I can view it on my PPC, but I can't hear it.
I guess it uses the ACELP.net audio codec. Are there any PPC players that support this?
Thanks!

No, I'm afriad that's one of the codecs that isn't supported at all on the Pocket PC.

I was afraid that might be true.
No matter, I finally have an excuse to try out the tips in Leon's excellent article on Media Encoder! It's already doing the conversion.

Hello
Were are these excelent tips Leon has made for the Media Encoder?
I cannot believe that MS are now shipping all their great video content using a sound format that they themselves do not support on the Pocket PC Media Player. What are they trying to say?
And I was starting to think they had their heads screwed on with .Net.

But sadly. Media Encoder stopped weorking with my RADEON 7500 All In Wonder TV Tuner as soon as I installed Direct X 9.0b (as near as I can tell, that's when it stopped). I've posted at the ME news groups but nobody there had a clue how to help me. :-(
Alas, TV on my PPC was fun while it lasted.
