PPPoE is built into Win CE 3.0 If you have access to Platform Builder you will find in the SDK all of the necessary software to manipulate it.

If your next question is, can I access it from Pocket PC or HPC 2000 builds, I don't know. Does it exist? It is my understanding that this is the protocol being used for VPN support for dial up access. But how you access the api, I don't know.

I do remember reading a very good description of Microsoft's PPPoE implementation within Win Ce 3.0 on their web site. I hate to do this to you but if you don't mind doing a bit of searching, you will see how its implemented and what parameters it has.
