Fade to white Bug

I have heard one other person with this experience.
Anyone else? Maybe a report is in order?

The e550G suddenly quit responding and the screen slowly faded to white.
Took a hard reset to fix it.

Anyone else??

The only time it has happened to me was when I tried running an old Jimmy Software program that was probably not designed for the Toshiba. Otherwise, I haven't had the problem. You should probably call tech support.
