Hierarchical task/note list application

I was wondering if anyone knows of a software product that would allow the user to make notes in an organized fashion. Something like Key Note or TreNotes. The problem with Key Note is that it doesn't have an app that runs on the Pocket PC, while TreNotes does. Actually, TreNotes is the only program out there that I am aware of that offers both platforms in an integrated fashion.

Does anyone know of any others??

ADB Idea Library offers tree structure organization of information. It supports drawings, recordings, text, tasks (linked to built-in Tasks), and shortcuts to other nodes.

It doesn't have all the features of TreNotes, but it is FREE.
