Hello:
I own a HPJornada 720 handheld and use HP Pocket Camera on it. This camera was made originally to fit on HPPocketPCs not the handheld, but changing some drivers provided by the internet allowed it to work perfectly. I would like to use the same camera for the Toshiba e740. Someone suggested I look for the manufacturer of the HP Pocket Camera and go to that site and see if there are any generic drivers which could then be used to have the Pocket Camera run on the Te740.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

A friend of mine tried the Pretec CF camera (which is supposed to work on all Pocket PC 2002 models, so they say).
I'm not sure if he did something wrong in the setup, but he could not get it to work at all on his Toshiba e740.

As a matter of fact, he had to do a hard reset on the device!!! Ugh!!! 8O

Has anyone with an e740 successfully used the Pretec CF Camera? It works great on my iPAQ 3970... no additional software needed (like the hp CF camera).

Thanks,
Matt
