hi gang,
i'm new to the site so hopefully this hasn't been answered 30 times already - i bought this thing from compusa - strange pricing - in the store it's about $40, but on compusa's web site it's around $25 - anyway, it comes with a usb cable on one end, and has 2 different "heads" for attachement to the ipaq (package says 3800 series, using on my 3975) - one "head" allows charging, the other "head" is supposed to allow it to "hotsync" - i guess their nomenclature for activesync. i can't get this thing to sync - my computers show an unknown usb device, even though i can reliably sync from each with the cradle. fyi - the other end (the usb end) also allows insertion into the 2 included adapters - 1 12v, and the other a wall wart with different plugs for 110 and 220, and different countries. seems like a decent setup if it would sync. any info would be greatly appreciated - thanks!
