HELF - Bluetooth won't work

I just bought HP/3COM bluetooth PC Card to enable the bluetooth capabilities for my H3950 iPAQ via the PC expansion pack plus. The reason I chose HP/3COM bluetooth PC Card is because your website indicate that it is compatiable with iPAQ. Afterall, it is branded with HP and 3COM logo.

So, I downloaded the latest 3COM pocketpc driver from its website and installed it into my iPAQ. The bluetooth PC Card cannot find my T68 sony phone or PC via USB Bluetooth dongle. So, I inserted the PC card into my laptop to make sure that the card is not defective. They find my T68 phone and desktop. Now, I know that there is something wrong between the PC card and iPAQ. I am not sure it is software setting or not because it cannot see the desktop and the bluetooth enabled phone. Please help.

I regreted that I should have spent little extra to get the H3970. Does HP/Compaq have a program to exchange it with additional cost?

you can do a web search, maybe google for bluetooth driver ipaq or something to that effect and see what comes up. my buddy had a similar problem with a wifi card for his ipaq, and we got it to work last night - found a site, something like chris huerra's windows ce site, and it basically pointed about 2/3 of the cards to compaq's web site to download the wl 100 driver - that was for wifi - maybe there is something similar for the bluetooth card - that's what it sounds like to me. for whatever it's worth,my 3975 works pretty well, i'm very happy with the bluetooth on it. good luck!
