This site has a useful tool 'ringtone converter v3.3'

You can make wav filed from RTTTL/Nokring and Composer formats - which many sits give you for nothing.

Why not record your own, directly with your Pocket PC? You could record your spouse/friend/roommate yelling "Would you GET that?!?"

I use Roxio SoundStream to convert CD's into Wavs then use it's inbuilt sound editor to strip the wav down to the section I want to use as the ringtone.
