PocketDivX .8i is released.

According to the release note:
- Performance improvements for all platforms.
- Performance improvement for e740 rotated video.
- New ATI W100 support code(source only, waiting on new ROM to be released).
So we (not including me :( who just traded in for a e550G 8) ) should be able to see what difference it makes when the new ROM is released by Toshiba.
