Bluetooth File Sharing

I was hoping someone would be able to put me out of my misery once and for all. Is it possible to bond two 39xx series iPAQs and then browse the file system on the other iPaq.

If it is possible could someone please post fairly detailed instructions so that my fried brain can understand.
