Thanks Arne for the warm welcome! :lol: We tried to release the site with as much content as we possible could. The sites been in the making for a month now, we had originally anticipated a 2 month release date, but due to the amount of content we've manage to supply, we thought it better to go and release it now.

I'm just curious, will you guys in the future also cover those stand-alone as well as factory-integrated car GPS solutions?

As you know, many cars today already come w/ built-in GPS -- not necessarily for a full-blown DVD-based navigation system, it could be just for emergency/location-based services like OnStar, etc. It would be really cool if most of these built-in GPS antennas use NMEA/SIRF and have an easy way for you to tap into the cable lead (or even better if they use Bluetooth!). I'm thinking that most of these antennas perform way better than those CF-card or sleeve solutions (faster pickup, etc)?

It's weird though, on my car the OnStar GPS antenna is in the rear deck...

At the moment we will be purely covering Pocket PC GPS devices, but as we grow we may also add other GPS in car or stand alone products. It really depends on what our visitors would like to see.

We're also open to reviews, so if you have in car or handheld GPS devices and would like to write your own review, we will certainly take a look in view to adding it to Pocket GPS.

Is it just me, or is the link to pocketgps not working?

No, Pocket GPS seems to be working okay. We had an hour where it was a little slower when we hit our peak, but other than this it's alive and working.
