Installing programs on the Microdrive(or CF i guess too)

i cant stand the fact that programs are installed to the root of my microdrive. it really bugs me that my programs cant be installed into a folder called something like "Storage Card\Program Files".

is there any way to change this?

You are not the only person annoyed by this. :agrue:

However, I don't think there is any way to fix this. I do know that some applications/games can be moved manually (& their shortcuts updated) if it really annoyes you.

Many applications are fairly "simple" and can be moved to a different directory. However, those that do much registry editing on installation won't work if moved. You've not got anything to lose by trying to manually move the files to a different directory, though. If it doesn't work, just move 'em back.
