There I was, all set to input this appointment manually (like a dork) and then I see the handy link which inputs it automatically into Outlook. Now all I have to do is remember whether AZ in now on Pacific Time or Mountain...
If you have your time zone set correctly on your PC and PDA, you don't need to worry about adjusting the time. They use GMT and adjust it based on your time zone offset from GMT.
