unfortunately or fortunately (depend on point of view) e310 models can be had net for about $199-$249 now after rebates/coupons...

You're partially right. You can get one for $249, but not $199. The $199 was a mistake on Amazon.com's part and was valid 1 day only. The $249 is valid after rebates. But who wants to wait 2 months for their rebate check?

I really am leaning a lot more towards a trade. I'll consider any/all.

And please keep your comments to yourself if you are not interested in buying or trading. I know I would not post on your sale to try to devvalue it in the eyes of others. It's just courtousy.
