I got the great deal on the Kingston PCcard HD. I can't seem to transfer large video files to my ipaq through the usb port. Small files go ok. I ripped a dvd down the about 300 megs. I only have a single slot PCcard adapter and no longer have a laptop, so I have to transfer files via the USB port when the PCcardHD is in there. It just stops transfering after about 50-60 megs. Any ideas? IS there way the browse the network through activsync. I can connect to the internet through it but not browse the network. I can olny browse the ipaq through mobil devices on desktop. Maybe it will work work in the reverse if I browsed from the ipaq and copied the file that way, but I can't seem to do that? 89$ was a great deal, but it would be nice if I could get movies on there.

OK, it may have been the file becuase I tried a 694 meg file and it has already loaded 300 megs of it which was more then the origianl file that wouldn't load. Still seems starnge though?

ActiveSync has a hard time with really large files...but I don't know what's causing the first problem. Maybe try formatting the card?

Nope this stopped at 435,62 megs. How do I format the hard drive. I haven't seen that option anywhere in the ipaw menu

You'll need to get this product:

Can you get your hands on a USB PCMCIA card reader? You can load your card on your PC, then insert it into your device....
Just a thought....

USB PC Card readers aren't usually that expensive. Use the DealTime search box on the homepage...shouldn't be hard to find. It would be a much better solution then transfering through your iPAQ.

Thanks. I didn't even realize but I already had one. I have a lexmar combo reader and never realized it used a pcmcia compact flash adapter. I just pulled out the compact flash adpater and now have a pc card reader.
