Connecting to the Internet

Well I got a new 3970 and I am unable to get to the internet by ANY way.
I can connect but then I get the "the page you're looking for cannot be found" error.
I tried BT and IR I tried AS no way...
Any ideas out of this ?

Ok. After Hard-Resetting my Device I'm now able to connect the Internet using a mobile.
The pass-through nonetheless does not work.
I guess it's not able to see my proxy that is not on the same machine then the AS. Best of all... the people at compaq seem a little behind developpeement, noone was able to be of any help, I'd always the impression that I know more than they do... a shame.
