I have written a HOW-TO showing a Compaq iPaq 3850 (PocketPC) connecting with a Nokia7650 (Symbian OS) over bluetooth. The iPaq was utilizing a Socket Communication's Bluetooth Connection Kit (http://www.socketcom.com).

Once Socket adds OBEX (file transfer) functionality to it's driver (coming soon), this will be a nice way to store the images taken with the N7650's internal camera.
