I ranted long and hard when that happened nearly 2 years ago. I think it is a matter of resources. MS will get more Entourage buyers if they support Palm than if they support Pocket PC. Not sure where it is going when the 5 year agreement is up this fall. Office for Mac OS X has been a sales disappointment.

The unfortunate reality is that Microsoft isn't as unified as we'd like to believe. They go where the money is, and the market share, and right now Palm rules the roost...although you'd think it would be a mandate from "on high" to support the Pocket PC. Sadly, Gates is more enamoured with the Tablet PC than the Pocket PC. I can almost guarantee that he doesn't use one daily. :?
