My dumb toshiba e740 crashed on me when i was programing vindows imact theme
im returning it to compusa, do you guys think they will let me trade it in for something else?
i donmt want it anymore
i have a linux sharp coming in, i was thinking of getting the clie clampshell thing
? any feedback?
will compusa let me trade it in? for no money, just switch devices?

It is true, it depnds on how long you have had it. You should check on the return and exchange policy that they have. It maybe you can get your money back on it. Do you have the box and all materials that came with the unit? And is the unit in good working order?

CompUsa also has a 15% restocking fee for "non-defective" merchandise. I remember going through a nightmare this time last year with GeForce video cards with them.
