I have been using a Palm for many years and I am now switching over to _only_ PPC but I have a problem. I cannot find a decent program for keeping track of time worked on projects? I am looking for something similar to Titrax (http://www.titrax.com/) that is available for Palm.

Check out www.ddhsoftware.com for an app called HanDBase. Then go to their gallery section at http://www.ddhsoftware.com/gallery.html and put in track time and search. A few will pop up. You can take those "applets" and customize them too to suite your needs.
HanDBase 3.0, due in the next few weeks and a free upgrade to 2.x buyers, will add forms so you can customize the look in addition to the fields.

You also might try:
TimeTracker from http://www.rfcons.com/
Time To Time from http://www.tomthumbsoftware.com/
Time to Time is a bit pricey, but works well. I've used them both and can recommend either one.

If I remember correctly I believe that Time Tracker is freeware.

I fell fore TimeTTracker (and it is not freeware). It was quite powerfull and work on the desktop alone as well!
