I'm not sure what features tweaks2k2 has, but a good freeware application that can change a lot of settings can be found at http://www.cewindows.net/applications/regking2002.htm

Or try a full fldeged Registry editor like PHM Reg Edit (http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/regedit.asp)

I used Tweaks2k2 two times to set the options and then not anymore - really you only need it a couple of times so I don't see why it is worth paying for (except to support the developers, of course). :)
